Discography:

Sleeping At Last has released three full-length albums: Ghosts (2003 – Interscope Records), Keep No Score (2006) & Storyboards (2009). 

In 2011, Sleeping At Last began the innovative 36-song project, Yearbook, which consisted of writing, recording, and releasing three new songs every month for one year. Offered in both a subscription format or as individual EPs for sale, Sleeping At Last challenged the traditional model of music releases.

In 2013, Sleeping At Last began the long-form concept project, Atlas, which is a series of new music (EPs, Singles, etc) to be released over the course of many years. Atlas: I (30 songs inspired by the origins of the universe) was completed in early 2014. Atlas: II (25 songs inspired by involuntary human development) was completed in 2019. Sleeping At Last is currently working on the final chapter, Atlas: III

In 2014, Sleeping At Last released Covers, Vol. 1, a collection of eight cover songs commissioned by and featured in Grey’s Anatomy on ABC. In 2016, Sleeping At Last released Covers, Vol. 2, a collection of ten cover songs commissioned by and featured in Grey’s Anatomy on ABC and other TV shows and adverts.

in 2016, Sleeping At Last released Christmas Collection, Vol. 1, a 18-song album of Christmas music. 

in 2016, Sleeping At Last launched Astronomy, an ongoing series of mostly instrumental music inspired by upcoming astronomical events.

Sleeping At Last is currently working on the final chapter of his Atlas project, Atlas: III (25+ songs inspired by voluntary human development - what we do with all that we’re given.)

Sleeping At Last has performed with Christina Perri, Switchfoot, Alanis Morissette, The Format, Something Corporate, Phantom Planet and many more, and has toured extensively.

Composing/Scoring: 

Ryan scored the feature documentary film, Many Beautiful Things, which debuted in 2015, along with an official motion picture soundtrack.He also enjoyed the role as composer for the TV show, Kid President: Declaration of Awesome (Soulpancake), executive produced by Rainn Wilson. (Reviews: New York TimesLos Angeles Times)  Ryan scored the short film, The Spring for Charity: Water, which debuted in 2016, along with an official soundtrack. Ryan scored several short films for the Global Citizen Festival in NYC.
