Dear Friends,
I’ve been excited to write this letter to you for a while now… Today, I’m delighted to make three announcements!
First, my Atlas: III project continues NOW with a new song called Bloom (Eros)!!
As I've shared before, I pressed pause on Atlas: III because I had a very difficult time picking up the pieces after my mom passed away in 2022. I couldn’t write about anything outside of losing someone so important to me, and those songs became my Mother collection. Though I’ll be grieving (and writing about) the absence of my mom for the rest of my life, I am now ready to pick up where I left off on Atlas: III.
Second, as some of you know, over the years, Atlas songs were first delivered to paid subscribers before public release. Now, I am making the Atlas subscription FREE for everyone!
• How do you sign up? Click here to sign up for the newsletter, which now includes early access to Atlas: III.
• How does it work? Anyone kind enough to be a subscriber to the newsletter will receive early access to each of the upcoming Atlas: III songs!
• Tell me more! For anyone who wants to hear about my new music and announcements, bundling the Atlas subscription into the newsletter just feels like the right way to say “thanks” for reading along and keeping tabs on me and my music! So, this is me taking down a little paywall.
Third, in the spirit of changes to make this newsletter better, I wanted to put a fresh coat of paint on it. So, it looks a little different, more letter-y and now has the new name, “Letters”!
New song
My new song, Bloom (Eros) is available NOW, for Letters subscribers (two weeks ahead of its public release on June 28)!
Bloom (Eros) is the third song in my twenty five-song Atlas: III project and the first of my seven love songs inspired by the Greek definitions of love.
As a refresher, the overarching theme of Atlas: III is voluntary human development - it’s about what we DO with all that we’re given. First, we wake up (Awake) and then we allow ourselves to rest (Asleep).
I hope you enjoy Bloom (Eros), a love song for my wife Cayt and my take on the most head-over-heels romantic love of the greek loves, eros.
Artwork by the wonderful, Elicia Edijanto!
All this to say, thank you so much for letting me send you these Letters! I am deeply honored to get to share my heart in the shape of songs with you. I hope you enjoy the new music!
Huge love, Ryan
